This Privacy Policy is a stub. Final language will be reviewed by counsel before TenantID accepts live verifications.

What we collect

Identity information you provide (name, email, phone), verification content, and verified data retrieved on your behalf from third parties (Plaid for bank and income verification, Persona for photo ID). Bank account numbers are not stored by TenantID.

How we use it

To assemble and share tenant verification reports with the landlord you designated, to operate the service, and to comply with applicable law.

Sharing

We share your verification with the landlord whose link you used. We do not sell personal information. We use vetted service providers (Supabase, Plaid, Persona, Stripe, Resend) under contract.

Your rights

You may view, correct, or request deletion of your data. Contact privacy@tenantid.example. See our FCRA compliance summary for tenant report rights.

Retention

Verification data is retained for the period required by applicable rental and consumer reporting laws, then deleted.
