These Terms of Service are a stub. Final language will be reviewed by counsel before TenantID accepts live verifications.

1. Service

TenantID provides a tenant verification platform connecting landlords and prospective tenants. Landlords use TenantID free of charge. Tenants pay a one-time verification fee.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Landlords must have a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for any applicant report they request. Tenants may apply only with truthful information.

4. Fees

Tenant verification fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
